Light Steel Structure System Description
Galvanized light steel sheet, varying in thickness from 0.8mm -1.6mm, is formed by roll-form machines (cold rolling) into profiles suitable for static calculations. These profiles are combined with the screw and rivet system without using welding and the carcass system of the structure is formed. The carcass system, which includes the load-bearing walls, floor and roof structure, is made completely rigid by making appropriate coatings.
Concrate Foundation
A continuous foundation with a reinforced simple beam system is made at a height of approximately 30 cm from the ground level. The load-bearing walls are anchored to the reinforced concrete foundation concrete beams. The remaining gaps are filled by blocking. The floor is formed by pouring mesh steel-reinforced concrete.
Steel Carrier System
The static project of the carrier system is prepared according to the following standards and rules:

Steel Structure System Description
External Walls:
- • Carcass system consisting of 140mm C profiles produced using a roll-form machine
- • Insulation mattress
- • Depending on the project, preferably Betopan / Boardex / OSB / Taşonit / Wood Coating etc.
- • 60mm + 60mm Rock Wool inside the C Profile Carcass
- • Depending on the project, preferably Stone Wool Sheathing – 5cm
Inner Walls:
- • Carcass system consisting of 90mm C profiles produced using a roll-form machine
- • 60mm Rock Wool inside the C Profile Carcass
- • Betopan / Boardex / OSB / Drywall coating in accordance with the project
- • Gypsum plastering process on drywall
- • Paint or wallpaper application in accordance with the project
Roofing
- • OSB application on steel roof frame panels
- • Membrane
- • Shingle / Metal Tile / Stone Tile / Sandwich Panel
Ceiling Coating
- • Glass Wool insulation inside Steel Ceiling Panels
- • Ceiling plasterboard application + Paint or 60 x 60 Gypsum Ceiling application,
